About Us

The Whiskey Bar Museum is a unique compound, one of the largest ones of its kind in the world. It combines a bar and a whiskey museum, and is located in the Templar tunnel in Sarona, where a 19th century winery used to operate, and until a decade ago was used by the Mossad.

We holds over 1,002 different kinds of whiskey from a wide range of countries, from the classic whiskey countries of Scotland and Ireland, to Hong Kong and India. All bottles in the museum are available for tasting and purchasing.

Our contemporary kitchen offers dishes specifically designed to accentuate the whiskey flavors and accommodate the place's atmosphere.

The whiskey is served in 25 ml Glencairn Whiskey glasses, which bring out the aroma and taste of the drink.

    Raymond Chandler
  • "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whiskey is barely enough."
